Kitzbühel – On Wednesday afternoon (November 15, 2023), the sad news became official that Heino (84) had lost his wife Hannelore. Born in Austria, she has died at the age of 81. The pop singer has been mourning his partner for days away from the public. Now he is also saying goodbye to Hannelore on social media.

After the funeral, Heino is now also reporting on his Instagram channel and saying goodbye to his wife in public. "True love," the 84-year-old captioned a touching video of him and Hannelore. In the black-and-white clip, the couple looks at each other lovingly, holding hands and singing together. "And if we ever have to break up, then I don't know what I'm going to do," one verse of the song reads, among other things.

When Heino found out that his Hannelore was unwell, he broke off an appointment and immediately made his way home – his manager Helmut Werner now revealed what Hannelore's last hours were like.
