An event open to the public to celebrate Beat Yesterday 23 For Charity, Garmin's annual event that this year will be a real indoor relay race for charity.
The appointment is set for November 30, from 16 to 19 p.m., at the Sheraton Milan San Siro, for three hours during which, on Garmin's Neo Bikes and Smart Trainers, well-known faces from sport and beyond will take turns to grind kilometers in support of Obiettivo3, a sports club that was born from an idea of Alex Zanardi for the professional and economic support of disabled athletes in sport.
In the meantime, four meetings will take place on stage during which to deepen the values that Beat Yesterday has been promoting for eight years. Among the personalities summoned to the afternoon of sport and solidarity, there will also be Andrea Berton, journalist and sports commentator, with a multi-voice story animated by Alessandro Ballan, road cycling world champion, Emilia Rossatti, young fencing star and Barbara Manni, marketing manager of Obiettivo3.
In quick succession it will then be the turn of Vic, voice of Buonasera Deejay, who will delve into the theme of 'vocation' in the company of Vincenzo Nibali, cycling champion and one of the few in the world to have conquered all three grand tours, Filippo Ganna, multiple world champion in time trials, Linus and Kristian Ghedina, winner of three world championship medals and 13 races in the Alpine Ski World Cup.
Afterwards, Davide Camicioli, a well-known face of Sky, will talk about 'genius' with Ghemon, Dainese, a brand specializing in technical equipment and protections for dynamic sports, Stefano Baldini, Olympic gold medalist in marathon and Elia Viviani, Olympic track cycling champion.
Closing the talks will be Marco Maccarini, former face of MTV Italia, who will lead the conversation on the theme of 'sharing' together with Urania Basket, an A2 team from Milan, Leonardo Ghiraldini, captain of the national Rugby team, Simone Moro, protagonist of mountaineering and Fabrizia D'Ottavio, multiple medalist in rhythmic gymnastics and Sat, a company that won the Garmin Health Awards thanks to studies on the prevention of sleep stroke in cars carried out with devices Garmin.
