Lieberman/Flash 90, Jonathan Zindel
A complaint was filed today (Monday) with the Israel Police for threats against Yisrael Beiteinu party chairman Avigdor Lieberman. The threats were forwarded to the police cyber department. One of the threatening messages Lieberman received read, "You will end up like Rehoboam Zeevi."
The Yisrael Beiteinu party said that the complaint was submitted to the Ramle police and that it included 54 threats against Lieberman received from Hamas supporters.
Two months ago, Central District police arrested a Netanya resident on suspicion of threatening to stab a hairdresser in the city after he refused to stand in line for a haircut. Police were called to a hair salon in the city after receiving a report of a man who arrived at the scene and began threatening to stab the owner with a knife. An initial investigation revealed that the suspect, a 54-year-old resident of the city, called and asked to make an appointment for that day, but was told that all the places for today had already been taken. The suspect came to the barbershop anyway, holding a knife he found at the scene, and threatened to demand service from the barber, physically assaulting him.
