Burladingen – In a dialogue forum, Trigema CEO Wolfgang Grupp demands that people who started their careers early should also be allowed to retire earlier (BW24 reports). The patriarch is convinced: "We have to take performance into account and we need to know what people's years of work are."

While some of his classmates at the adult education centre took over their parents' businesses at a young age, he himself studied business administration in Cologne, says Grupp. However, his time as a student was anything but strenuous.
