Essonne: departmental agents, champions of absenteeism?

A few weeks ago, the IFRAP foundation published its ranking of absenteeism within the various French departments. According to the methodology chosen by this liberal "think tank", Essonne is at the top of the 66 departments that have agreed to transmit data on the absenteeism of their agents out of the 101 in France.

In 2021, according to this study, the 3,704 agents of the 91 would have been absent on average 36.2 calendar days in the year, compared to 35.5 for the North and 33.8 for the Ardennes. Good students, on the other hand, have much lower averages. In Tarn, for example, these figures do not exceed 12.6 days, and in Tarn-et-Garonne the average is 12.9 days.
