Le Figaro Marseille
A brawl with unclear circumstances. On Tuesday, police officers were required in front of the Le Chatelier vocational high school in Marseille's 3rd arrondissement. The school's principal had just reported to the police the presence of two of his students involved in a violent fight that had broken out the day before at the end of classes.
That day at around 16:30 p.m., several students had arranged to meet in front of the school to "fight," a police source told Le Figaro. At the root of the dispute: a "bad look" during a sports class. The students involved began fighting, with two of them receiving multiple stab wounds. Their lives are not in danger. A third high school student was attacked with tear gas.
An assailant already known to the police
One of the attackers was arrested and taken into custody. As a high school student, he was already known to the police. Two of the three victims of the brawl confirmed the facts to the police, indicating that they wanted to file a complaint. The second respondent fled the scene and has not yet been identified. An investigation has been opened and entrusted to the Bouches-du-Rhône public security police.
