Schlager star Heino has to cope with the death of his great love Hannelore. But the musician is strong and can laugh again.

Kitzbühel – Heino (84) is going through what is probably the most difficult time of his life. The musician lost his wife Hannelore († 81) in November. The couple were happily married for over 40 years and were almost inseparable. How much the loss hurts and how great his grief is, both Heino himself and his manager have already made clear several times. But now it seems as if the pop star can enjoy the beautiful moments of life again.

Recently, things had looked rather gloomy on the singer's social media profile. Black-and-white photos and videos showed him and Hannelore and always expressed how hard the death of his wife hit Heino. Although he touched his fans with memories of his sweetheart, he also caused them great concern with his grief. But the Düsseldorf native is now proving once again how strong he is. In an Instagram clip, Heino can be seen sitting at the piano. It is not clear from the recording exactly where he is – but he clearly enjoys playing the instrument. With his trademark black sunglasses on his nose, he skilfully plays a piece of music in a classical style. At the end of the little performance, Heino is beaming from ear to ear. But he is still not completely satisfied with himself. "I've forgotten everything," he explains – but he can only mean it in jest. Because his fans are thrilled.
