"It will be a country that allows everything within the law, but outside the law allows nothing."

In a stark warning against the piqueteros, President Javier Milei emphasized that during his government "those who block the streets do not collect" social benefits.

"This new social contract proposes us a different country, a country in which the State does not direct our lives, but watches over our rights, a country in which those who make them, pay for them," he began his harsh message.

And he added: "A country in which those who block the street, violating the rights of their fellow citizens, do not receive the assistance of society, put in our terms: he who cuts, does not get paid."

This was one of the passages of Milei's speech most celebrated by his followers who stationed themselves in front of Congress to listen to the libertarian's inauguration speech.
