Not only a sea of affection and solidarity: Giulia Cecchettin's family has already filed two complaints for the insults on the web against the student killed by her ex-boyfriend Filippo Turetta and for the threats received.
Gino Cecchettin's lawyer, Stefano Tigani, confirmed to ANSA that he had filed a lawsuit for defamation with the Postal Police on behalf of the girl's father for messages containing dozens of hate phrases addressed to Giulia via the web. A second lawsuit for defamation, according to what is learned, was made instead by Elena, Giulia's sister, against the regional councilor and former councilor of the Zaia list, Stefano Valdegamberi who in a post had written that Giulia's sister "has satanic symbols and does the play". The insults and threats, even death threats, did not stop, so much so that the family would receive hundreds of unspeakable phrases. And for this reason, in the next few days, Gino Cecchettin will file a new complaint with the Postal Police.
