The smallest house in Germany has been completely renovated. Influencer Fynn Kliemann is now renting out the four square meters for 179 euros per night.

Bremen – The first tenant has already moved into Germany's smallest house in Bremen's Schnoor. From now on, visitors will probably be regular guests there, because influencer Fynn Kliemann rents out the small house via his holiday apartment page ldgg.de. The four square meters with a double bed, a roof terrace and the "smallest toilet in the world" is available for 179 euros per night.

The price consists of the actual rental price (from 99 euros), the final cleaning (60 euros) and bed linen and towels (20 euros). In return, tenants should also be able to expect a special experience. "Everything about this apartment in Bremen is unique," reads the description on the website.

A special folding bed, a ladder to the roof terrace (which, according to Instagram, brought the influencer quite a bit of stress and headaches regarding the construction), a small coffee kitchen with table and folding stools as well as a mini fridge fit into the small room, in which everything – logically – had to be built as space-saving as possible. "It's really a miracle, but it all fits in there," is the description.

Kliemann himself says in an Instagram story on Tuesday, January 2, that he is "totally proud" of working on the smallest house in Germany. An hour before the first tenant moved in, the influencer was still doing the final work. "It's unbelievable to spend three years building on four square meters," Kliemann sums up.
