Statement by Netanyahu's spokesman: "Due to the health condition of a family member, Attorney Baez Ben Zur informed the Jerusalem District Court today, in full agreement and coordination with Prime Minister Netanyahu, of his intention to terminate his position after the conclusion of the prosecution case in Case 4000. Attorney Amit Haddad , who represents the Prime Minister in cases 1000 and 2000, expressed his willingness to represent him in this case as well.

Attorney Baez Ben Tzur commented on the announcement and said: "From the beginning of the procedure until now, I am convinced that the allegations against the Prime Minister have no basis and that they were refuted in court.

I am confident that lawyer Hadad will continue and prove this in the defense case as well.'
