The drunken night ended this Monday morning in court for three young partygoers, whose behavior could have had much more catastrophic consequences.

On October 5, Jean-Philippe C., 29 years old, Kelvin M., 31 years old and Clara T. 19 years old, decided to leave a café in Chantilly where they had already drunk copiously to continue the evening at the young woman's home. .

A journey where Kelvin, already well immersed, leads and manages to lead everyone safely.

The rest will be less smooth since after drinking a large quantity of rosé, the trio plus a fourth thief decide to leave by car to take Jean-Philippe home.

It seems that Clara is getting behind the wheel but the young woman, completely drunk, first hits a roundabout.

" A black hole "

While trying to leave, she narrowly missed hitting one of her companions who had come down to see the extent of the damage.

Kelvin grabbed the steering wheel to avoid the impact and the car ended up in the front of a bakery in Lamorlaye.

The police and emergency services arrive, and it is at this moment that Jean-Philippe, drunk and aggressive, attacks the firefighters who have come to help him.

After the insults, he manages to free himself from the straps holding him in the fire truck and kicks one of them in the face, before being overpowered.

This Monday at the hearing, Jean-Philippe C., did not even make the trip but he admitted the facts while in police custody.

Present in front of the judges, Clara and Kelvin have few memories of this very drunken evening.

The young woman speaks of “a black hole” after leaving the bar while Kelvin, experiencing great psychological difficulties, no longer really knows when he drove during that evening.

The court sentenced Jean-Philippe C. to an eight-month suspended prison sentence and a citizenship training course.

Kelvin M. received a suspended fine of 1,500 euros and a six-month license suspension.

Clara T. was notified of the same duration of license suspension and the obligation to complete a road safety awareness course.
