There were disputes between security staff and guests at a public celebration in Starnberg.
Two men were taken into police custody.
Dispute with security and disregard for expulsions: father and son in police custody after party in Starnberg
A 16-year-old from Tutzingen wanted to celebrate on Sunday despite being banned from the house and had to be expelled from the location by the police.
A 47-year-old man from the Starnberg district disrupted the police measures so much that he was also sent off by the police.
The 16-year-old was able to go home with her mother after her personal details were recorded.
She now faces charges for using a false ID and trespassing.
After the police measures had ended, the 47-year-old gained access to the event again despite being expelled, which is why the police were asked for support a second time.
While the man was finally taken into police custody, his 20-year-old son appeared and became angry about the measures taken against his father.
As a result, the organizer banned the young man from entering the building and the young man was also expelled from the premises by the police officers.
A short time later, the 20-year-old gained access to the event again, just like his father before him.
He was then also taken into police custody.
Both men were able to return home after a few hours of sleep at the police station.
