Whipped honey is easy to make yourself.

Take some honey and a food processor - the viral food trend is ready!

When a food hack takes over the “World Wide Web” again, the online community usually splits into two camps.

On one side there is a group of TikTok and Instagram users who doubtfully question the trend.

On the other hand, the fans are cheering and are completely thrilled.

The so-called Whipped Honey, which has recently taken its place on the trend throne of the Internet, also triggers divided opinions like these.

As the name suggests, honey is transformed instantly into a thick cream that is said to taste much better than regular honey.

A food hack that makes the most of a single ingredient and is easy to implement?

This is definitely worth trying!

In just one step, normal honey becomes a heavenly cream:

Get to the food processor and you're ready to go.

For a good portion of Whipped Honey, which replaces predecessors such as Whipped Camembert or Whipped Feta, around 250 grams of honey are required.

The preparation is quickly explained:

  • Pour the honey into the mixing bowl of the food processor and beat at high speed with the whisk attachment for about 20 to 25 minutes (some patience is required here).

  • If the honey is creamy and white, the Whipped Honey can be poured into a clean glass or tried straight away.

  • When it comes to creaminess, TikTok's Whipped Honey scores 100 points.

While the Whipped Honey is turning and getting creamier, you can prepare the perfect side dish.

The classic honey bread becomes honey bread 2.0 with the whipped honey as a spread.

If you want to top this, you should definitely serve these simple yeast-free rolls with it.

Whipped Honey can't convince every foodie

Whipped Honey has already won the hearts of some users on TikTok & Co., who even make their love public in the comments.

“I have never tasted better honey,” declares a loyal honey devotee.

But the skeptics don't wait long, the whipped honey doesn't just have fans: "I tried it and don't understand the hype, it tastes like normal honey."

The creamy whipped honey can be used as whipped honey to refine dishes such as pancakes, waffles etc.

What you should combine the cream honey with is also an issue.

There are many answers to this question, after all, Whipped Honey can be the crowning glory of almost any dish.

To top it off, for example, it can be served over a beetroot carpaccio with feta or drizzled loosely over some vanilla ice cream or a juicy apple and cinnamon cake.
