NESCAFÉ DOLCE GUSTO - Café Bombón

In recent years, cold brew coffee has seen a significant boom in the beverage industry.

The summer trend is characterized by its versatility and variety; coffee lovers have a wide range of options to satisfy their preferences.

In addition, this trend promoted the creation of unique combinations, such as cold coffee with flavors based on artisanal sauces, almond or coconut milk, and even touches of exotic spices.

In Argentina, the consumption of cold coffee doubled its market share, so much so that in 2022, 6% of the cups consumed were cold, compared to 3% in 2021. These data indicate a growing trend above all in the young public, since they are the ones who are encouraged to explore new ways of preparing this drink.

They mainly enjoy appetizing and indulgent combinations such as cappuccinos, frappuccinos or recipes flavored with notes of vanilla, chocolate, hazelnuts, among others.

From NESCAFÉ® and NESCAFÉ® Dolce Gusto®, Coffee Specialist Max García shares four recipes so that all cold coffee lovers can enjoy it in different versions.

COOKIES & CREAM

Ingredients:

● 2 tablespoons of NESCAFÉ® Dolca® Cookies & Cream

● 150 ml of milk

● 10 ml chocolate sauce

● Optional: Whipped cream or milk.

Procedure

● Place the 2 tablespoons of NESCAFÉ® Dolca® Cookies & Cream and add the 150 ml of milk and stir.

● Add the chocolate sauce.

● Optional, decorate with cream or whipped milk.

NESCAFÉ DOLCE GUSTO

BANANA SHAKE

Ingredients:

● NESCAFÉ® Dolce Gusto® Cappuccino Dulce de Leche capsule

● Whipped cream

● Milk cream.

● 1 Banana

● Ice

Procedure:

● In a blender put the ice, banana and heavy cream.

● Meanwhile in the machine we make the NESCAFÉ® Dolce Gusto® Cappuccino Dulce de Leche coffee

● Once the coffee is finished, we add it to the blender along with the heavy cream, banana and ice and blend.

● Pour the preparation into a glass and decorate it with whipped cream and banana slices.

CARAMEL MACCHIATO

Ingredients:

● 4 tablespoons of NESCAFÉ® Dolca® Caramel

● 100 ml of hot water

● 50 ml caramel sauce

● 150 ml hot foamed milk

● Ice

Procedure:

● In a glass or cup, add 4 tablespoons of NESCAFÉ® Dolca® Caramel along with 150 ml of boiling water and mix.

● Add 50 ml of caramel sauce.

Mix until well combined.

● Froth 150ml of milk.

● Add ice and briefly mix the milk with the caramel coffee.

● Decorate with a little caramel sauce on top.

NESCAFE

BONBON COFFEE

Ingredients:

● 1 capsule of NESCAFÉ® Dolce Gusto®Lungo

● 120 ml Nestlé® Condensed Milk

● Ice

Procedure

● Place 120 ml of Condensed Milk in a cup while you prepare a NESCAFÉ® Dolce Gusto® Lungo capsule.

● I added the coffee into the cup where the Condensed Milk is.

You will notice that since the preparations have different densities they do not mix, add the ice.
