There was a crash on the A92 on Sunday.
Three people were injured because a 33-year-old got behind the wheel while drunk.

- Because he was driving his car drunk, a BMW driver (33) from the Pfaffenhofen district caused a serious accident on the A92 on Sunday afternoon.
According to the Freising traffic police, three people were injured and extensive property damage was caused.
Both vehicles crash into the guardrail
The man was driving his black BMW on the A92 in the right lane towards Deggendorf on Sunday around 3:35 p.m.
A 56-year-old from the Landshut district was driving in front of him in a gray Skoda.
“Between the Moosburg-Süd and Moosburg-Nord junctions, the BMW driver hit the Skoda from behind,” says the press report.
Both vehicles skidded and crashed into the guardrail.
While recording the accident, the VPI Freising officers smelled a “flag” on the BMW driver.
The alcohol test showed 1.2 per mille.
The 33-year-old's driver's license was confiscated.
Both drivers and the passenger in the Skoda were slightly injured.
The woman was taken to hospital.

According to the police, the BMW suffered a total economic loss estimated at 40,000 euros.
The Skoda was badly deformed at the rear left and front right.
The estimated damage is also around 40,000 euros.
The damage to the guardrail is estimated at around 10,000 euros.
The BMW driver is now facing charges of endangering road traffic due to alcohol consumption, negligent bodily harm in traffic and drunk driving.
In addition to the VPI Freising, the Langenpreising fire department was also deployed at the scene of the accident with around 25 personnel.
