Garmisch - Previously drunk at the gas station: On Sunday, January 28th, a drunk driver from Ehrwald was stopped by the police in Garmisch.
On January 28th around 7:20 a.m., a 49-year-old woman from Ehrwald was driving her car on the B23 from Griessen towards Garmisch.
Since she had previously shown clear signs of alcohol loss at the gas station shortly before the border, the police were called.
The officers from Garmisch-Partenkirchen were able to locate the vehicle they were looking for in the Garmisch area and check the driver.
The 49-year-old refused a breath alcohol test.
Based on the findings on site, a blood sample was taken and the vehicle key was confiscated.
