Erg, through its subsidiary Erg Eolienne France, has completed the acquisition from QEnergyFrance, an operator in the renewable energy sector in France, of 100% of Cepe Renouvellement Haut Cabardès, a company that owns a 73.2 MW wind and solar portfolio in France.
The portfolio of plants subject to the acquisition, in line with what has already been communicated, is composed of two photovoltaic parks in operation, for a total of 20.4 MW of power, one in an advanced stage of construction of approximately 28.8 MW, and a wind farm in commissioning phase, of 24 Mw. The estimated overall production is approximately 125 Gwh/year.
The finalization of this operation allows Erg to consolidate its position in France, the second market after Italy, reaching 674 MW of installed capacity in the country, of which approximately 20% consists of solar.
