A Ryanair flight attendant often shares posts about his everyday work.
But the videos seem to have been his downfall.
He was fired.

A Ryanair flight attendant probably also belongs to this category of people.
He regularly posted videos from his employer's planes on TikTok.
The focus is on having fun, but insights into his professional life are also a recurring theme.
But that will soon be over: In a post he explains that he has been fired.
Flight attendant is fired and describes termination as “totally unfair”
The former flight attendant is followed by around 100,000 people on TikTok.
However, some of his posts far exceed this reach, and some videos have been clicked millions of times.
The man has gone viral, among other things, with a video in which he bakes a cake during a flight.
His former colleagues also repeatedly appear as protagonists in his videos.
This will soon be over.
In a video he addresses his community in Ryanair work clothes: “Today is the last day I wear this uniform because I was fired by Ryanair.”
Shortly afterwards, he symbolically takes off his jacket and explains: “At the beginning I was very angry because I think this decision is totally unfair.”
However, there is no explanation for the exact reasons for termination.
Recently, a TikToker who filmed her own resignation also went viral.

A discussion arose among his followers as to how the termination came about.
One user commented: “I suspect this is because of his videos.
Something like this could be a problem for most companies.”
Another also commented: “This is very sad, but people should understand what professionalism means.
Work is not your home.”
The user also explains that with the cake video he would have expected that the flight attendant at the time would face consequences.
Tourists who caused an unscheduled landing at Ryanair will probably also have to expect consequences.

However, it remains unclear whether the real reason for his termination was really due to the videos or whether there were other reasons behind it.
A request from IPPEN.MEDIA in this regard has also remained unanswered to date.

However, the flight attendant himself seems to have now accepted the decision.
“I really love working for Ryanair, so I did it”.
But he has now come to terms with it, but he explains to his followers that he will no longer produce any new videos related to the airline.
He still wants to post the videos that he hasn't published yet until he runs out of material.
He even thanks his former employer and encourages his community to join the company.
Many followers are now calling on the company to give him a second chance.
“He has so much heart in it, it would only be sincere of Ryanair to bring him back.”
Another also commented: “Please talk to him, share your expectations with him, but please don’t let him go.”
