Paris – Discontent among farmers is growing not only in Germany, but also in France.
In protest against bureaucracy, falling income and complex European environmental regulations, France's farmers want to block all important access roads to Paris for an indefinite period from Monday (January 29th).
The two most important farmers' associations have called for a "siege" of the French capital, even though the French government had already made concessions to the farmers who had been demonstrating for days.
