The opposition to the Buenos Aires governor
Axel Kicillof
requested this Monday that the provincial Security Minister
Javier Alonso
attend the Legislature to give explanations about the strategy managed by the portfolio he heads to provide protection to citizens, in the midst of the
wave of crimes of extreme violence
that occurred in the first weeks of the year.
The presentation was made by the Buenos Aires senator for the PRO,
Alex Campbell,
who expressed his dismay at the insecurity experienced in the province of Buenos Aires on his social networks.
"Minister Javier Alonso, we are waiting for you to come and tell us
what the action plan is
and the measures that are going to be implemented to solve this problem that has us all so worried," remarked the senator.
In just ten days there were four homicides in robberies in Greater Buenos Aires:
Uma, 9 years old, died after being shot twice in an attempted robbery of the car of her father, a custodian of Minister Patricia Bullrich, in Villa Centenario;
Jennifer, 13, was shot to death in the chest when four thieves, who were traveling in a stolen vehicle, in Virrey del Pino;
María, 51, was shot in the back in an assault in Castelar, and Maximiliano, 24, lost his life due to a bullet in the chest from a criminal who tried to steal his motorcycle, in Monte Chingolo. .
