After the great popular success of the Guinguette, which has been livening up summer evenings for two years, Stéphanie Von Euw (Libres!) announces that she wants to go further by making the quay area pedestrian on certain Sundays “on an experimental basis”.
The project, called “the 4 seasons of the quays”, will take place throughout the year and will begin next fall.
The banks of the Oise will then take on the appearance of quays of the Seine, welcoming second-hand booksellers and antique dealers.

At the town hall, agents are already making contacts to bring in professionals and determine the number of Sundays that will be dedicated to the event.
And it's not just a matter of livening up the waterfront, the town is thinking bigger and wants to involve the entire lower Pontoise region in the adventure.
