Now it's official: the longest cannoli in the world was made in Sicily, 21 meters and 43 centimeters in length and a hundred pastry chefs and chefs from all over Italy, coordinated by the master pastry chef Lillo Defraia, created the record in Caltanissetta.
The attempt dates back to 11 September 2022, to communicate the registration in the Guinness World Records, together with the holder Defraia, the past president of Ristoworld Italy, Marcello Proietto di Silvestro.
