The historical site, which dates back to the 1930s, is now a mountain restaurant on Obersalzberg.
And from there you have a fascinating view of Lake Königssee and its picturesque surroundings.

2 / 7The Kuchlbauer Tower in Abensberg, Lower Bavaria, is worth a visit for many reasons.
Not only was it planned by the wonderfully eccentric architect Friedensreich Hundertwasser and therefore an attraction in itself, it also offers a great view of the surrounding area.
With a view of one of the oldest breweries in the world with an adjacent beer garden.
Food is also provided directly.

3 / 7The Alpspix viewing platform in Werdenfelser Land offers an incredible panoramic view of the surrounding mountains and valleys.
The 25 meter long platform with the glazed front at the end is also ideally accessible with the Alpspitzbahn.

4 / 7I have a fabulous view of Tittmoning from Tittmoning Castle in the Traunstein district.
Not only is the castle complex itself listed and therefore a sight in itself, Tittmoning in Upper Bavaria, right on the border with Austria, also has a picturesque landscape worth seeing.

The Winkelmoosalm star park south of the Chiemgau Alps is an officially certified and internationally recognized star park.
This means: Due to the very low light pollution there, visitors can enjoy a breathtaking view of the star-filled night sky.
You can even see up to 6,000 stars with the naked eye on a clear night.

6 / 7Panorama feast from the car: The Rossfeld-Panorama-Straße is the highest of its kind in Germany with a toll - but the money is worth it.
The view from the road of the Salzburger Land (the road also briefly runs through Austrian territory) and the Berchtesgadener Land is truly breathtaking.
It's not for nothing that the special panoramic road is always the main star in car advertisements.

7 / 7Located in the southernmost Allgäu, the Skywalk Allgäu knows how to inspire.
The ultra-modern and barrier-free treetop path in the Skywalk Allgäu nature adventure park leads partly at a height of 40 meters through the cosmic forest.
From there, visitors can enjoy the great panorama of the surrounding Allgäu mountain landscape and Lake Constance.
