New disruptions planned on the Ile-de-France network.
The CGT-RATP has filed a strike notice running from February 5 (at 7 p.m.) to September 9 (at 8 a.m.) and concerning “all staff, in each category and in each service”, indicated the union this Monday in a letter addressed to Jean Castex, president and general manager of RATP.
The CGT-RATP justifies this decision by “insufficient 2024 salary measures” and by management arbitration which “does not meet the expectations of the company’s agents”.
The union is particularly targeting an increase of 0.9% planned by management, in “a period of high inflation and on the eve of a global challenge”, the organization of the Paris Olympics.

The union's demands are multiple.
Among them is the creation of a mechanism for indexing the value of the point to inflation, the revaluation of bonuses or even the opening of negotiations “on the reduction of working time on the basis of 32 hours”.
This notice, which covers the period of the Paris Olympics, was published less than a week after Anne Hidalgo's statements on the subject.
In the Télématin show, the mayor of Paris felt that there was "better" but that we had to "continue to work" to offer users good transport conditions during the global event.
Call for strike on February 7
Furthermore, the CGT-RATP bus and tram is calling for a strike on February 8.
“Management must hear us, we want our due, real salary increases,” communicates the union in a leaflet, recalling the importance of its agents in the “smooth running” of the Olympic Games.
