For two years, representatives of transport operators have been regularly convened by Île-de-France Mobilités (IDFM), the regional authority in charge of transport.
This Monday, January 29, an extraordinary meeting of the IDFM board of directors meets “in order to conduct hearings with the RATP and the SNCF concerning production, punctuality and quality of service on the Ile-de-France networks”.

During her vows pronounced on Tuesday January 16, the president of IDFM, Valérie Pécresse (LR), recalled her objectives.
“The restoration of the quality of service promised for 2023 is still pending, the return to post-Covid normal has taken too long,” criticized the boss of the Île-de-France region.
She then demanded, addressing the RATP and the SNCF: “By March, I expect 100% service.
