Facts which have multiplied since October with the same operating mode.
Unaccompanied foreign minors (UMAs), who act in the middle of the night, break into business entrances and leave in a few minutes, a handful of tickets in their pocket.
Faced with this increase, the authorities are now promising additional staff.
