The information that caused the dismissal of the 12 agency employees who participated in the massacre has been known in the Israeli system for weeks. The U.S. government is also well aware of the many problems with the organization's functioning, and therefore it is not clear what led to the State Department's decision to stop budgeting. The information that caused the dismissal of the 12 agency employees who participated in the massacre has been known in the Israeli system for weeks, but has disappeared from the eyes of the public in Israel and the world • Now, the serious deficiencies are being exposed • Among other things, the organization that serves as a "subcontractor" of Hamas, employs many of its terrorists and pays them high salaries Sponsored by generous donations from around the world

Israel has a lot of incriminating information about UNRA, but refrained from publishing it for political reasons, three sources familiar with the issue confirmed to Israel Hayom yesterday (Sunday).

According to them, the information that caused the dismissal of the 12 agency employees who participated in the massacre has been known in the Israeli system for weeks However, "in the Israeli political system there was an understanding that UNRA must be preserved in Gaza, because it is the only functioning body in Gaza and without it the chaos would be even greater."

In Israel they do not understand until this moment what caused UNRA itself to announce the dismissal of the 12 employees, since the information about them is not new. The American government is also well aware of the many problems with the organization's functioning, and therefore it is not clear what led to the State Department's decision to stop the organization's budgeting It is estimated that the hearing that will be held on Tuesday in the Foreign Affairs Committee of the Congress, in which even more shameful information about UNRA will be publicly revealed, caused the administration to preemptively remedy the blow and announce in advance the suspension of aid to the agency.

As stated in the Israeli intelligence, the IDF, the political system and the propaganda system, there is a great deal of information about UNRA.

These are detailed reports about the many problems of the agency and the involvement of its people in terrorism.

This information is hidden at this stage from the Israeli and international public opinion, so as not to damage the agency's image.

However, it is not clear who in the Israeli political system made the decision to avoid publishing the full information.

In the security and political system in Israel there is complete and detailed information about the deficiencies inherent in the organization.

But as mentioned, in order to preserve the agency as a functioning body, this information is not made public.

Inflating the numbers of refugees

A report prepared about the organization reveals that a request to receive "refugee" status at UNRWA is made digitally and without the need to physically appear, contrary to what is customary at the UN Refugee Agency. UNRWA continues to count "refugees" who have left the camps under its management, as those who still live in them.

For example, out of about 490,000 "registered refugees" in Lebanon, only about 250,000 actually live there.

The number of UNRWA employees is enormous. The agency's 30,000 employees take care of a reported 5.9 million "refugees." In the United Nations Refugee Agency, by comparison, 20,000 employees take care of 108 million refugees and displaced persons worldwide.

Israel itself is a partner in funding UNRA, through the annual membership fees it pays to the UN.

In addition, even during the current government, UNRA enjoys an exemption from VAT and other tax breaks.

The other major donors are the US, Germany, the European Union, Sweden, Norway, Japan, France, Saudi Arabia, Switzerland and Turkey - some of which are now suspending their support following the revelations.

The executive authority of Hamas

UNRA is the second largest employer in the Gaza Strip, after Hamas itself. According to the UN Charter, the agency is supposed to be an operational body of the local government in every country where it operates, that is, of Hamas.

According to the report, this situation makes UNRA a subcontractor of Hamas.

Working at UNRWA is extremely rewarding. The agency's employees are entitled to receive free education, health, dental care, distribution of food products and relief. These lucrative conditions caused many Hamas terrorists to register themselves as employees of the organization. This doubling of hats, of companies in Hamas and UNRWA, Allows the organization's terrorists to freely use the organization's infrastructure for their purposes, as was discovered countless times during the terrorist exposure operations carried out by the IDF in the Gaza Strip.

The teachers celebrate the massacre

In addition to the 12 employees who were reported to have participated in the Simchat Torah massacre, UN-WATCH-WATCH revealed that 3,000 of the organization's teachers celebrated the massacre in a secret Telegram group.

130 staff members were caught promoting terrorism and incitement online.

A UNRWA teacher kept one of the Israeli abductees in his home. There is a suspicion in Israel that the agency's employees are complicit in the sexual abuse of the abductees and of the Israeli abductees held captive in the Gaza Strip.

Many shafts of terrorist tunnels, and sites for storing weapons have been uncovered in UNRA schools, kindergartens and playgrounds. It is estimated that all these actions are done with the knowledge of the agency's management in Gaza. As I recall, many of the curriculum in UNRA's 380 schools ( of which 284 in Gaza), are being trained to kill Jews and destroy Israel.

At the same time, there is a dramatic decline in student performance in the UNRA education system in all indicators, and many of them remain illiterate.

It should be noted that UNRA's health system is also widely used by Hamas terrorism. UNRA's clinics and its hospitals have turned into warehouses for explosives, and to headquarters above and below ground. Tunnel shafts have often been found very close to the organization's institutions.

Humanitarian aid to Hamas

UNRWA's medical equipment, including international humanitarian aid, is used by Hamas fighters. It is known in Israel that Hamas officers, together with UNRWA employees, administer differential distributions of medical resources while prioritizing Hamas associates.

In the recommendations submitted to the political level, it was suggested to examine alternatives to UNRWA, such as the American aid agency USAID, which is already active in Gaza. In addition, it is possible to activate the UN agencies that are active all over the world, such as the UN Refugee Agency, UNICEF, and more.

Conversations with officials in the political system did not yield an answer to the question of who decided on the preservation of UNRA during and after the war. It should be noted that Prime Minister Netanyahu avoided public criticism of the agency in his many statements. The complete information about UNRA for the Israeli public.
