A sort of satisfaction survey carried out among motorists in order to evaluate the after-sales service (After-sales service) of manufacturers and draw up a hit parade of the most efficient brands.
We don't know: the quality of after-sales service contributes to customer loyalty.
To carry out its study, Automobile magazine compiles an impressive number of statistical data.
This ranking takes into account the number of workshops, dealers, agents and approved repairers present in France but also the number of new cars that the brands analyzed have delivered on French territory over the last three years.
This data is compiled with the territory coverage and the availability of workshops.
This is how the specialist magazine was able to verify that the number of workshops has significantly decreased over the last twelve months.
This year, Automobile Magazine has strengthened its methodology.
It takes into account customer satisfaction based on the responses provided by reader-ambassadors.
More than 1,500 motorist customers from 40 brands took part in this major survey.
Their responses are all the more relevant since 96% of them have visited a workshop in the last 12 months.
And 81% of reader-ambassadors went to the dealership of their vehicle brand.
Without revealing all the results that you can find in the February 2024 issue of Automobile Magazine, Honda comes first in customer satisfaction and it is French brands that climb onto the first two steps of the podium for best after-sales service 2024. Volvo, the first premium brand in the ranking, is in sixth place.
