Three questions for Forstinning's mayor Rupert Ostermair
What projects are your priority in the current year?
The creation of senior-friendly forms of housing and further progress in the Integrated Urban Development Concept (ISEK) and further development of the town center.
Municipal heat planning should also be continued after receiving the funding commitment.
We also want to support the district in implementing the cycle path along the EBE 5 to Anzing.
What support would you like from the district regarding district levy, refugees and asylum seekers?
With regard to the district levy, it would be desirable for the economic circumstances of the communities to be adequately taken into account when determining the amount of the district levy.
There must be appropriate scope for action and design.
When it comes to accommodating refugees and asylum seekers, I would like to thank the district office employees for their constructive cooperation and support.
A regular external consultation for asylum seekers in the communities or, if necessary, in the northern district would be desirable.
If you had three wishes for 2024 – what would they be?
I wish us all a peaceful year, moments of joy, positive memories and confidence.
