- soon 13 - the delivery, maintenance and invoicing for the precious liquid are now ensured by two authorities public since the beginning of the year.
They have just inaugurated their new premises on January 25, in the Orlytech zone at the foot of the airport runways in Paray-Vieille-Poste.

Their names: Eau Seine & Bièvre for the 9 Val-de-Marnaise municipalities, it is chaired by Fatah Aggoune (PCF), first deputy mayor of Gentilly and first delegated councilor of the Grand Orly Seine Bièvre conurbation;
and Seine & Orge Water Board (Reso) for Morangis, Paray-Vieille-Poste, Villeneuve-Saint-Georges then, from 2025, Savigny-sur-Orge.
The latter is chaired by Brigitte Vermillet (DVD), mayor of Morangis.
