For years, local authorities imagined the future before signing a contract with the State in February 2014. Objective: to coordinate projects intended to transform this territory made up of large working-class cities.

With the aim of creating 30,000 jobs and more than 14,000 homes in Arnouville, Bonneuil-en-France, Garges, Gonesse, Sarcelles and Villiers-le-Bel.

Ten years later, on the eve of the deadline, what remains of these major structuring projects intended to revolutionize the lives of the 200,000 inhabitants of the sector?
