81 young people from the district were successful in the fire department's knowledge test.

A total of 81 women and men from the district took the fire department's knowledge test in Wolfratshausen.
There were practical and theoretical tasks to be completed.
Wolfratshausen – Postponed is not lifted.
Originally, 81 young people from ten fire departments in the district (Bad Heilbrunn, Beuerberg, Dorfen, Ellbach, Eurasburg, Gelting, Geretsried, Königsdorf, Weidach and Wolfratshausen) were supposed to take a knowledge test at the beginning of December.
“Unfortunately, this was not possible due to the snow,” said the press spokesman for the fire departments of the Bad Tölz Wolfratshausen district fire inspection, Stefan Kießkalt.
So the date was postponed to January.
Knowledge test at the fire brigade: Topics included accident prevention and uniforms
The knowledge test, which was carried out in the Wolfratshausen fire department's equipment shed, covered accident prevention in the youth fire department, personal protective equipment and uniforms.
Before things got serious, Robert Schmid, North District Fire Inspector, welcomed the young firefighters and wished them good luck in the upcoming exam.
Afterwards, the young firefighters brilliantly demonstrated their knowledge and performance in practical tasks, such as the correct carrying and lifting of loads, and theoretical questions.
“In addition,” Kießkalt continued, “they were able to expand their knowledge through equipment knowledge through a team of machinists from the active team of the Wolfratshausen fire department.”

The young people were successful – even though the knowledge test came in at 13th place.
All participants were able to receive their results and badges for the respective levels from district fire officer Erich Zengerle and district youth fire officer Sabrina Palik.
