Adi Marom supposedly has her dream job, eating all day, desserts, tens of thousands of followers and lots of stories, but in a personal interview she talks about the hard work behind the cameras ("It's not easy to get up every morning and create content), about the inspiration she receives (she wants to try new things ) and what's next (to release a line of products)

"I started from a true love for the kitchen. I always loved consuming content, and taking ideas," she shared.

"I started really small on Tiktok. I opened a page that was quite anonymous at first and the videos really exploded. I got a lot of good reviews."

What does a food blogger's agenda look like?

"I get up in the morning, and I immediately start thinking in my head about what's next. If it's shooting days, then I have to go shopping and prepare the recipes. I have piles of household items, and I control everything from my cell phone with a special marble surface that I put on. I'm doing collaborations with certain companies and right now I'm fine with that."

Who benefits from all these trials?


"My family of course. My brothers come to eat with us, I spoil my parents on Fridays and that's my concession."

What differentiates you from other bloggers?

"I'm a confectioner. I know what I'm doing. There's no way a bad recipe will appear on my page." 

Where does the inspiration for the recipes come from?

Trial and error? 

"There are times I want to try something new, and there are times I know how it's going to turn out." 

You are a pastry chef as well as a cook.

Are you more connected to sweet or salty?

"Wow, a difficult question. I started in the confectionery field and I have an inexplicable love for precision and patience. I think I'm more of a pastry chef."

Many of your followers want to enter the world of cooking.

What are the tips?

"I remember that I always told myself not to be afraid. At most it didn't turn out well, everything is fine. Don't come nervously to the kitchen and be stressed. Do it with fun."

One of the videos that scorched the network with 27 million views was the recipe for stuffed onion candies.

"I wanted to do it in a slightly different style with sweet and sour flavors - something refreshing. I think it turned out successful." 

Were there moments of crisis?

"Obviously. It's not easy to get up every morning and create content. You have to reinvent yourself every time."

"To release a line of products, but not something ordinary. To do it with added value, so that people will really need these products. This is what I see before my eyes."
