11 years after it opened, the luxury restaurant Topolopompo is closing its doors.
Chef Avi Comforti posted on his Instagram page as follows: "Dear guests, our fire dragon Topolopompo spreads his wings, puffs and puffs and flies freely into the sky.
"Just before we say goodbye, we would like to thank all of you for more than 11 years filled with joyful hospitality experiences with cuisine that breaks boundaries and cultures. Topolopompo will close on February 29, 2024."

As a reminder, after the restaurant, which serves Asian-style food, was closed in the middle of last year due to fears of food poisoning among the diners, the chef launched a new menu, and told Israel Hayom: "It is important for me to say first of all that I apologize from the bottom of my heart and feel sorry for those customers who ate and felt bad It's not something to be taken for granted. Things aren't supposed to happen, but they did. The last few weeks have been the hardest of my life. For me, cooking and creating fine dishes for diners is the essence and mission of my life. All deficiencies have been corrected in accordance with the Ministry of Health's report."
