A student was abused by a security guard at Munich University of Applied Sciences.
Now the security concept is also being put to the test.
Munich – After the attack on a student at Munich University of Applied Sciences, the educational institution wants to review its security concept.
“We are deeply shocked by this incident and express our full solidarity and support to the student,” the university said in a statement on Tuesday (January 30).

The university management regrets that such a security gap occurred with devastating consequences.
From now on, the security company commissioned will only employ personnel at the Munich University of Applied Sciences who have a clean police certificate.
The university is also currently reviewing its security concept and will derive further measures from it.
A 22-year-old woman is said to have been sexually abused by a security guard at the facility.
The student studied in a study room on Friday night, a police spokesman said on Monday.
In the early hours of the morning she went to sleep on a couch.
The 25-year-old employee is said to have abused her.
Suspect in custody: Criminal police are investigating
An acquaintance of the woman, in whom she had confided, alerted the police.
The 25-year-old was arrested and subsequently taken into custody.
Commissariat 15 of the Munich criminal police is carrying out further investigations.
