“Within the Alsace vineyard, there have been a lot of questions about the taste of these wines.

We had to test a hundred, made by Alsatian winegrowers, to decide.

The conclusion is that, when these wines are well produced, they have a taste that is close to Alsace wines,” explains the president of the AVA.
