For several days, Karine Le Marchand has fully displayed her support for farmers.
“You can't produce a documentary like I did, present “Love is in the Meadow”, meet farmers all year round, and sleep soundly.
I am also a consumer, I have a 21 year old daughter.
Tomorrow, I don't want all the products we eat to arrive from I don't know where
,” she declared to Le
Parisien
, promising to join a demonstration if there were to be one in Paris. :
“I will, of course, go see them and I will ride on their tractor with pleasure!”
And this Monday, the host was seen alongside farmers at the A4 motorway dam, near Jossigny, east of Paris.
Arriving by motorbike taxi, she distributed croissants.
“There is an awareness among the French.
I hope you feel supported, because you are.
You must not give up until you have concrete things
,” she said in front of the cameras.
