TF1 wins the battle for the first part of the evening audiences this Monday January 19, 2024 with
Le fil d'Ariane
, a new police comedy carried by Chantal Ladesou and Florent Peyre.
Broadcast in two parts, the fiction attracted 3.84 million viewers for its first half, or 18.9% of the entire public aged four and over (4+) and 22.2% of women responsible for purchases under 50 years old (FRDA-50).
The whole thing was followed by 3.38 million viewers, on average, according to Médiamétrie, or 18.3% of the public (4+) and 22.7% FRDA-50.

The fiction with Gérard Hernandez, Valérie Karsenti and Frédéric Bouraly brightened the evening with 2.29 million viewers between 9:14 p.m. and 10:02 p.m., or 11.2% of the public (4+) and 19.1% of the FRDA-50.
Immediately afterwards, the second part, offered between 10:02 p.m. and 11:03 p.m., attracted 1.74 million viewers (10.5% of the public and 17.8% of the FRDA-50).

, an immersion inspired by real events within a French special forces commando in Iraq, with Nicolas Duvauchelle, Thierry Godard and Marie Dompnier.
The first episode of the evening kept 2.15 million viewers in suspense, or 10.6% of the public (4+).
The two episodes attracted 2.05 million viewers between 9:12 p.m. and 11:02 p.m., or 11.2% of the entire public and 4.6% of the FRDA-50.

France 3 comes fourth with
Prête-moi ta main
, a 2006 sentimental comedy directed by Éric Lartigau with Charlotte Gainsbourg, Alain Chabat and Bernadette Lafont.
The film was seen or rewatched by 1.43 million viewers, representing 7.3% of the public and 3.3% of the FRDA-50.
As for other channels, France 5 recorded, due to current events, a very good score with the rebroadcast of the documentary “We peasants”, followed by 1.20 million viewers (6.1% of the public and 3.6% of FRDA- 50).
France 5 sticks to the news
C8 attracts 1.01 viewers with its usual rebroadcast of Commissioner Magellan (5.7% of the public and 1.6% of FRDA-50).
W9 brings together 894,000 moviegoers watching Prémonitions, a 2015 film with Anthony Hopkins (4.9% of the public and 3.8% of the FRDA-50).
Arte stands out with How to Marry a Millionaire, a 1953 comedy with Lauren Bacall, Marilyn Monroe and Betty Grable, seen by 830,000 viewers (4.1% of the public and 1.3% of the FRDA-50).
On TMC, finally, “Les Q d’or 2024”, a ceremony presented by Yann Barthès, was acclaimed by 627,000 viewers (i.e. 3.4% of the public and 7.9% of the FRDA-50).
