An accused woman comes to the murder trial for the killing of a doppelganger.

Was a young woman from Baden-Württemberg killed simply because a woman from Ingolstadt who looked like her wanted to go into hiding?
In any case, the accused 24-year-old wants nothing to do with the brutal, violent crime.
Ingolstadt - In the murder trial surrounding the violent crime of a doppelganger, the accused woman blamed her co-defendant solely for the crime.
In her statement before the Ingolstadt regional court on Tuesday, she explained that the 25-year-old killed the 23-year-old woman alone while driving together.
“I couldn’t believe it,” said the accused 24-year-old.
The co-defendant initially did not comment on the allegations.
The two defendants are said to have jointly killed the 23-year-old from Baden-Württemberg with 56 stab wounds.
The public prosecutor's office assumes that the 24-year-old from Ingolstadt wanted to start a new life because of family disputes, so she looked for a woman who looked like her on a social network and killed her with her accomplice in order to be considered dead herself.
In her prepared statement, the defendant stated that she had no prior knowledge of the violent act.
She still tried to save the 23-year-old.
She then remained silent because the 25-year-old also threatened her and her relatives.
The 24-year-old did not answer further questions from the court.
The co-defendant's lawyers criticized the fact that this statement did not correspond to the file in the case.

One of the man's defense lawyers also accused the prosecutor of misrepresenting the facts.
This resulted in an “unprecedented prejudice” against his client.
According to the indictment, the 24-year-old German-Iraqi woman and the 25-year-old Kosovar picked up the victim from her home in Eppingen near Heilbronn under an excuse in August 2022 and then killed her.
The body was later found in the defendant's car in Ingolstadt.
It was actually temporarily suspected that the person later accused had been killed.
However, after a day, the two suspects were arrested and taken into custody.
Dozens more days of negotiations are planned for the trial.
According to the current status, negotiations should continue at least until the summer months.
