A Russian soldier left his cell phone behind in a minefield.
The video footage shows the destruction of his unit.
Kiev - He looks into the camera, sticks out his tongue and confidently swings himself into the interior of the tank: a Russian soldier, supposedly on his last trip in the Ukrainian war.
This initial scene can be seen in a cell phone video recorded by the tank driver.
Probably not to film the destruction of his own unit, but rather with the aim of filming the attack on Ukrainian positions in the Serebryansk nature reserve in the Luhansk region.
According to the video footage, the tank follows an MT-LB combat vehicle loaded with Russian soldiers on the way to Ukrainian positions.
Ukrainians who are part of the 100th Volyn Defense Brigade found the cellphone after the attack and added drone footage before releasing the footage, Ukrainian weekly

With video evidence: Russian tank comes under fire - inmates try to escape
In the video from the Russian soldier it is clearly visible that the MT-LB combat vehicle came under fire.
But that's not all: Shortly afterwards the tank encountered a mine: smoke, sparks and explosions became visible.
The tank is out of action and the crew and the cell phone owner try to escape on foot.
According to the 100th Volyn Defense Brigade, the Russian unit suffered a “predictable heavy fire attack.”
To finish off the rest of the Russian soldiers, drones were used to drop grenades.
At the end of the video, drone footage appeared, presumably showing corpses and wounded people.
The Ukrainian brigade even claimed that one body was that of the tank driver himself.
As Kremlin leader Vladimir Putin continues to send soldiers and units to Ukrainian positions, parts of Ukraine are quickly becoming vast graveyards for the Russian armed forces.

Other videos show images from the battlefields around Avdiivka.
This video footage highlights the enormous resources Russia is using to attempt to take the city.
The Ukrainian military released geolocated footage showing dozens of destroyed Russian vehicles lying along the route to Stepove.
The region resembles a tank cemetery.
On Telegram, the Khorne Group, a Ukrainian military unit, described the scenes of destroyed Russian combat vehicles as "an installation of burnt equipment," adding: "There are many places like this." (
