- Due to planned protests by the Bavarian Farmers' Association on Wednesday, January 31st, traffic disruptions are also expected on four motorway access roads in the Freising district from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.
For the past six weeks, farmers from the region have come together to protest - driven by existential fear and anger - against the traffic light government's planned cuts in agricultural diesel subsidies and the cancellation of tax breaks for farmers.
It continues on Wednesday: The Eching (A9), Allershausen (A9), Freising-Ost (A92) and Moosburg-Nord (A92) motorway exits are blocked by farmers with tractors and tractors from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m the district office.
Additional agricultural vehicles will also be parked in the industrial area near the Eching exit.
“Road users should therefore expect disruptions and, as a precaution, plan a little more time,” says the district office.
Several protests have already taken place in the past few weeks: bonfires were held in Niederhummel and Hohenkammer, motorway entrances were blocked in Freising and traffic was slowed down on state road 2350 between Freising and Moosburg.
