Bad Grund - An unusual discovery was made in the municipality of Bad Grund (Göttingen district) on Thursday morning (January 18th): passers-by discovered shoe marks and a larger hole in the middle of the building at around 8:15 a.m so-called “student pond” in Gittelde and reported this to the police.

Officials in the Göttingen district say it is still unclear whether someone could have broken into the water in freezing temperatures.
