“Attal wants to forcibly generalize economic liberalism which has already destroyed industry, agriculture, health, education,” lamented Jean-Luc Mélenchon a few minutes later, still on X, deploring “25 billion less in the budget for the country”.

The Prime Minister, Gabriel Attal, outlined to the deputies what his policy should be, while the left had announced the tabling of a motion of censure even before his general policy speech.

Gabriel Attal thus expressed his desire to "de-emcardify France", announced that unemployed people at the end of their rights will no longer have specific allowance and will be switched to RSA and that this same RSA will now be conditional everywhere in France at 3 p.m. activity.

“Through you, ladies and gentlemen, opposition deputies, these are the voices of millions of French people who express themselves (…) This is also the method that I want for my government: respect the French, respect the oppositions , respect our Parliament”, also announced Gabriel Attal to the National Assembly, calling for an end to “quarrels over principles”.
