Norway's Crown Princess Mette-Marit refuses to be defeated.

After surviving the corona infection, she now visited the international book fair in Egypt.

Cairo - At the end of the year, it was not expected that Crown Princess Mette-Marit (50) would be able to fly to Egypt in January.

Due to Covid illness, Mette-Marit missed the photo shoot for the Norwegian royal family's Christmas card and had to cancel all other appointments.

The opening speech in Cairo was given by Crown Princess Mette-Marit, who traveled to Egypt without Haakon.
