The Delivery Man of the Future – his name on social networks – has built a nice online community with more than 17,000 followers on Instagram in particular, by filming and broadcasting his sometimes unusual deliveries.
A side job that he started in the middle of the Covid crisis.
“I am passionate about board sports and I was looking for a legal way to get out during confinement, then I continued when I realized that it allowed me to skate while getting paid,” explains this 22-year-old student. , who wishes to remain anonymous.
1200 euros raised in one month
Recently, he decided to put his little notoriety to the service of the homeless.
A month ago, he created a fund that allows him to deliver hot meals to them for free.
He encourages his subscribers and customers to contribute.
“I stick a sticker with a QR code on the order which links to the prize pool,” he explains.
He has already collected 1,200 euros.
Donations range from 5 to 100 euros.

To attest to the proper use of donations, the Delivery Man of the Future films his distributions to the homeless, which he takes care to blur unless they agree.
“I favor hot meals and products like good quality pizzas,” he adds.
Some restaurants also offer specials or discounts.
