A 28-year-old man was arrested on January 23 in Décines-Charpieu (Lyon metropolis) for drug trafficking.

On January 23, he was arrested in the middle of a transaction of 45 grams of cocaine to a buyer unfavorably known to the police.
The search of the seller's home, also already unfavorably known to the courts, led to the discovery of 494 grams of cocaine, 290 grams of heroin, 186 grams of cannabis resin but also a handgun with 16 ammunition and 850 euros.
Police also searched the suspect's vehicle and discovered 2,645 ecstasy pills and 310 grams of cocaine.
Placed in police custody, he explained that he had started this drug trafficking to repay his debts.

Furthermore, a search was carried out at the buyer's home located in Meyzieu in eastern Lyon, where investigators found 2 kilos of cannabis resin packaged for resale, 86 grams of cannabis herb and 100 rounds of ammunition. .
Also placed in police custody, he admitted having collected the drugs from the seller for whom he had been acting as nanny for a week.
The two men were presented to the prosecution on January 26 and were placed in pre-trial detention as part of a delayed appearance.
