Against the backdrop of Minister Itamar Ben Gabir's threat to dissolve the government in the event of a "promiscuous deal" with Hamas, Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu promised today (Tuesday) during his visit to the "Bnei David" preparatory school in the settlement of Ali in Binyamin that Israel will not release thousands of terrorists as part of a hostage deal.
Netanyahu said: "I hear statements about all kinds of deals, so I want to make it clear: We will not end this war with less than the achievement of all its goals. This means the elimination of Hamas, the return of all our abductees, and a promise that Gaza will no longer pose a threat to Israel."

"We will not remove the IDF from the Gaza Strip and we will not release thousands of terrorists. None of this will happen. What will happen? Absolute victory!"
According to the Prime Minister, "This is not 'another round', not another exchange of blows, not another operation - a complete victory. Nothing less than that," Netanyahu said.
"I am committed to this, our fighters are committed to this, and the absolute majority of the people are committed to this. We will not settle for less than total victory."
Earlier, the Minister of National Security, Itamar Ben Gvir, denied the reports of a possible deal for the release of hostages, and wrote in a tweet on his X account that "a profligate deal = dissolution of the government."
