The decisive day of the refugee aid agency UNRWA, which was exposed in Marumiya in recent days, may take place tonight (Tuesday), at 21:00 Israel time. A subcommittee in the US Congress on Foreign Affairs will hold a hearing for the organization concerned: "UNRWA is exposed: the examination of the agency's missions and failures" ".
However, as of this moment, the State of Israel has not yet released all the incriminating information it has about the organization.
The Shin Bet, the Israel Defense Forces, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Israel Defense Forces (coordinating the government's operations in the territories) have a lot of information that was collected in the past and is still in use today, about the organization. This information was not disclosed to the public, but some of it was leaked to the American media.

The importance of the critical information held by Israel is immeasurably high, so much so that if it is passed on to the speakers at the hearing in the coming hours, it may lead to the closure of UNRA or at least to its significant weakening. Israel as a whole - and this is a quote from the discussions on the subject - still believes that "we must continue to work with UNRA in the meantime because there is no one else".
The continuation of Israeli cooperation with UNRA is a historical miss.
Because for the first time in 75 years we have the opportunity to get rid of the agency, or at least change it fundamentally.
But if we don't come with such a demand - and we don't - why should the American government do it?!.
By the way, the Israel Defense Forces are interested in having other UN organizations enter Gaza instead of UNRA, but no party has directed them to act in this direction and cut ties with UNRA.
This situation exists because until now the political echelon in Israel has not had an orderly discussion on the question of Israeli policy towards UNRA.

On the American side, the debate in Congress this evening was initiated by two Republican members, but also members from the Democratic side, such as Brad Sherman from California, are expected to come out against UNRWA due to its deep and long-standing involvement in terrorism.
The main witnesses
Hillel Neuer, Marcus Sheff and Richard Goldberg are the three key witnesses who will appear at tonight's hearing.
Neuer is the head of the UN WATCH organization, which has been working for years against the distorted attitude of the UN to Israel. Neuer was also the one who recently exposed the Telegram group of 3,000 UNRWA teachers, who celebrated the massacre of Jews in the Otaf.
The second witness, Marcus Sheff, head of the IMPACT-se Institute, has been investigating for years the incitement against Israel and the Jews in UNRA's educational institutions, and the third witness, Richard Goldberg, is a representative of the Foundation for the Defense of Democracy.
The truth is revealed: terrorists in the guise of an aid agency
UNRA comes to the discussion in the worst situation in its history, financially and especially in terms of image. Currently, these are the main points of the information that has been revealed so far and some new revelations about the organization:
• At least 12 UNRA employees were in Israeli territory on October 7 and participated in the massacre, including the murder of Jews, the abduction of their lives, the abduction of bodies, the transfer of illegal weapons and the delivery of orders.
The assessment in Israel is that there are dozens more about whom the information has not yet been discovered.
• Two UNRA teachers kept Israeli hostages in their home and 130 teachers publicly praised the massacre.
• 3,000 teachers are members of the secret Telegram group that praised the massacre.

• 1,200 of the agency's employees - who make up about ten percent of its workforce - are suspected of being registered members of Hamas.
The security system has the information that makes it possible to cross-reference the lists of members in the two organizations.
This is critical information that may incriminate UNRA but is kept secret.
• Hamas and Islamic Jihad have representation in UNRA's workers' committees, which additionally indicates the integration between the agency and the terrorist organizations. Hundreds of IDF shafts and warehouses were discovered in UNRA's educational institutions during the war. These terrorist infrastructures were visible and therefore there is no possibility that the administrators The institutions were not aware of their existence.
• Residents of Gaza and interrogated by 504 (a unit in the IDF's intelligence wing), testified in conversations with IDF officers that "Hamas controls and manages the UNRWA institutions in the Gaza Strip and the humanitarian aid that enters Gaza."
• UNRA educates about terrorism and hatred of Israel.
• UNRWA is an agency for perpetuating the conflict and passing the "refugee status" from generation to generation. In contrast to the UN refugee agency, which rehabilitates the displaced within a few years.
• 30,000 UNRWA employees (20,000 of them in Gaza) care for 5.6 million "registered refugees" in Gaza, Israel, Lebanon and Jordan.
In contrast, the 20,000 workers of the United Nations Refugee Agency, who rehabilitate 108 million refugees worldwide.
• Of the 5.6 million "registered refugees" with UNRWA, at least hundreds of thousands left the camps and the countries where they lived a long time ago, but UNRWA still reports on them.
• In 2017, Israel revealed that Hamas was the one who appointed the previous Secretary General of UNRA.
He was fired as a result.
• Hamas has stolen goods worth at least a million dollars from the humanitarian aid transferred to UNRA since the beginning of the war, including fuel and trucks.
Even in the West they understand: UNRA is Hamas
Based on the information available today, it is possible to determine that UNRA is Hamas and Hamas is UNRA.
Since even the West is beginning to understand this, the agency has found itself in the most difficult situation in its history and is coming to the debate in Congress at an unprecedented disadvantage.

In recent days, most countries have temporarily stopped funding to the agency, at the same time as demanding a thorough investigation and even a radical overhaul of it.
In the US Congress, a declaratory law was approved that prohibits the administration from funding UNRA, as long as it is involved in terrorism, but it is currently stuck in the Senate.
This is not the first time that countries have stopped funding UNRWA after exposing scandals in the organization, but the strength and scope of the sanctions now is an unprecedented step up. Accordingly, the organization previously conducted a "cleaning of rotten apples" in its institutions, which allowed the return of Western funding. This scenario is expected return if Israel does not act, because even if the West is very angry, the anger has a way of passing.
Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu should instruct the Shin Bet, the Defense Minister should instruct AMN, and the Foreign Minister the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to reveal today, before the debate in Congress, all the black and incriminating information about UNRA. So far, as mentioned, no discussion has been held At a political level on the question "What is the approach of the State of Israel to UNRA", therefore an urgent discussion is required.
