It was this Sunday, January 28, shortly after 6 a.m.
The driver of an RATP bus on line 60 (Gambetta-Porte de Montmartre) who was heading towards the 20th arrondissement to start his tour had to stop his vehicle urgently, between Porte de Pantin and Porte des Lilas, as soon as the exit from the depot.
Reason: a worrying release of smoke coming from the rear of the bus.

The driver, alone on board, had time to bring him to safety and notify emergency services before the engine caught fire.
